The steel plate-constructed wallboard has a high intensity. An oblique notching is on the wallboard, the grooved roller and the smooth roll are installed on it. The Adjustment of Roll Gap:
The adjustment of the roll gap is accomplished through the separate adjustment of the two ends of the roll. For ease of operation, two adjustment hand wheels are mounted on the same side of the wallboard. Adjustment mechanism utilizes worm gear and worm drive. Worm drives the lead screw which is connected with the smooth roll fixedly to begin axial movement so that the roll gap can be adjusted. The adjustment direction of the two hand wheel is opposite.
